The Insight Research Management Team
The group is led by Jeanne Fec, Managing Director of Insight Research, who has been part of the consulting practice for almost 20 years. She brings marketing experience from a broad mix of commercial and industrial markets in the U.S., Europe and China. Jeanne has helped clients enter new markets, define new customer segments and manage coverage/conflict issues in existing markets. Her contributions to this new Frank Lynn & Associates' venture will take our business-to-business research capabilities to a global level.
Our market research team is headed by Roxanne Lenny, Director of Market Research. Roxanne began her marketing career in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector working in both market research and product management positions for over 15 years and in the technology sector for over 10 years. Her business-to-business focus and analytical skills provide great value to small and large clients desiring market insight for better decision-making.
